FOI Request - Application for Short Term Lets

I would like to make a FOI request in relation to applications for short term lets in Moray.

1.  How many applications have been received across Moray and separately the village of Findhorn.

2.  How many of these have been declined again for both Moray in total and Findhorn separately.

3.  The reasons that the applications were declined.

Response 16-04-2024

1. The Council publishes a register of short-term let licences.  This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.  For ease of reference, here is a link to the webpage where the register is published http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_140819.html.  

2. The Council has not refused any short-term let licence applications.  

3. Not applicable
