How many "void" residential properties do you have as of the date of this request?

Disclosing the addresses of empty properties could increase the risk of antisocial behaviour and criminal activity targeted at these vacant locations. This information is therefore exempt under section 35(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) 2002 - prejudice to the prevention or detection of crime. It is not considered in the public interest to release this information due to the potential increase of antisocial behaviour, and because repairs for any such damage would impact the public purse.
