The FOI refers to council free adult cycling lessons conducted.
This includes if the council has partnered with another organisation to run it, please include the costs incurred by the council and all other data asked for

1.  How many adult training sessions took place in each year

2.  How many people attended each session

3.  What was the cost to put on each course including but not limited to the administration cost, instructor cost and equipment cost

4.  How many total bikes have been purchased

5.  How many people didn’t attend lessons they signed up to

6.  Have there been any bikes stolen, or written off due to damage

7.  If yes, what was the value of the bikes

8.  How much did it cost to replace
