1.  Can you tell me if you are allowed to make an application for council housing if you already own a property.

2.  How many people has Moray council housed within Moray who are homeowners either in Moray or other parts of the country.

3.  How many people has Moray council housed in council accommodation who still own properties.

4.  Also why would the council house someone who still has another property that is habitable and has considerable equity in it.
