1. A detailed analysis of property records has been undertaken and an intended number of properties will be inspected in the near future.

2. Extensive programme of inspections undertaken during 2023 in relation to RAAC all buildings identified for inspection, inspected prior to 1 October 2023. Since this date following completion of mitigation works at one property monthly inspection programme in place for monitoring condition of RAAC.
