FOI Request - Flood Alleviation Royal Haskonings Report

Council minutes show that the  meeting of FLOOD ALLEVIATION SUB-COMMITTEE of 17 October 2007 (para 4 of the Minute refers) was informed that:-
• the brief for the pre-feasibility study for a Garmouth Flood alleviation scheme had been sent to Royal Haskoning and a Work Order agreed;    As I cannot finds any copy  of  of the study searching Moray Council's web site, can you please forward to be a copy of the Royal Haskonings report as detailed in the meeting minutes of The Flood Alleviation Committee meeting of  12th December, 2007.
