Please find below details of a freedom of information request relating to support provided to families that include a parent with learning disabilities within Moray HSCP.  

1. Does your (i) adult social work team, (ii) children and families social work team, or (iii) other relevant department provide or commission dedicated supported parenting services for parents with learning disabilities?
• If yes, how many parents have accessed this service in the previous 12 months?

2. How many children (who have at least one parent with learning disabilities) were in the following placement types on 29th February, 2024:
o Cared for with birth family (no ongoing support from social work)     
o Cared for with birth family (under section 25; voluntary arrangement)
o Cared for with birth family (with a  Compulsory Supervision Order)
