1.  Please confirm whether you have undertaken any survey of the housing within your local authority to check if there is any presence of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC)

2.  If the answer to question 1 is yes, please confirm when this survey process began and if it is not complete, when you expect it to.

3.  Please confirm if any of the housing in your local authority area has been found to contain the presence of RAAC

4.  If the answer to 3 is yes, please confirm when measures you have taken in terms of planned remedial works or monitoring.

Response 01-04-2024

1. No detailed intrusive inspections have been undertaken as at 15 March 2024.

2. Targeted inspection by a structural engineer is planned in the next 4 weeks.

3. As at 15 March 2024 no RAAC has been confirmed as present in the Housing stock.
