2. How many complaints has the council received about issues relating to physically accessing these new or refurbished buildings in each year since 2010?

1. 5 new builds and 8 substantially refurbished / extended since 2010.
2. We only hold data from 2017 to present. No formal complaints were received. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
