1. Please supply the postcodes, or partial postcodes, of the top 20 individual council tax accounts that currently have the largest balances outstanding.
Update received 26/01/2024: As a point of clarity, I am also requesting the balances of the top 20 individual council tax accounts that have the largest amounts outstanding.

2. Please also supply the top 20 postcodes, or partial postcodes, that have the largest council tax balances outstanding collectively.
Update received 26/01/2024: As a point of clarity, I am also requesting the balances of the postcodes that have the largest totals outstanding.

3. Please also include the total amount of council tax debt outstanding.

I am aware council tax can be paid in various ways and at different times through the financial year, so please exclude this year and only include figures for outstanding council tax debt from 2022/23 and earlier.

1. & 2. This information is exempt under Section 38(1)(b), Personal information. Within Moray there are many postcodes where there are only a few addresses within a given postcode; as such it would be possible to identify which properties, and therefore which individuals, this Council Tax information relates to.
