1. Could I ask what proportion of council owned buildings (excluding social housing) this [four non-residential properties that have heat pumps installed] accounts for?

1. The proportion of Council operational buildings which have heat pumps installed is 2.5%. Please note, this is based on the number of buildings that Moray Council occupy and deliver services from as at 23 January 2024. Any building owned by the Council but leased out is not included in this number. Further excluded from this number are public toilets (extending to 34 in number) and pavilions (extending to 17 in number).
