FOI Request - Affordable Housing Contributions

I would like to make a freedom of information request for the following information in relation to affordable housing contributions under section 106 and community infrastructure levies.

1. I would like to a list of all developments from 2019 that have agreed on a affordable housing contribution or CIL. I would like the application number, the date, the amount agreed and the amount received.

2. I would also like to know the councils policy on collecting such payments.

1. Please find attached spreadsheet with requested information. We are unable to give a breakdown of amounts agreed and received as this relates to sensitive personal information and commercially sensitive information and is therefore exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information(Scotland) Act 2002 'personal information' and section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Interests and Economy.

2. Policy DP2 of the Moray Local Development Plan 2020 relates to Affordable Housing provision. This information is available on the Moray Council website and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
