1.  Since 2010, the number of Looked After & Adopted Children that have been in council care homes / residential units under either a Compulsory Supervision Order (CSO) and / or a Voluntary Supervision Order (VSO) that have left the care of the council.

2.  How many of these care leavers have been supported into a tenancy agreement with a private or social landlord.

3.  How many of these tenancies have been classed as failed.

3. The number of failed tenancies as per the question is is less than 5. Due to the low numbers involved, release of this information could result in the identification of individuals.
