Please include the following information:

1.  Whether, in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 financial years any members of senior management have had any email contact with anyone with an email address ending @4dayweek.co.uk

2.  If so, please release all the email correspondence . If redactions need to be made, please provide the information with the necessary redactions
