1. On how many separate occasions over the past 12 months have you needed to house any of your looked after children in a building other than one of your children’s residential facilities? Ie an unregulated placement, short break, emergency placement, where they were supported by social care staff rather than family?

2. What was your total spend on support agencies over the past 12 months, (or if more appropriate, the last financial year) to cover the support costs of supporting your children and young people who were housed in situations as described in the first question?

3. Can you confirm the name, email and contact details of every social worker who has placed a young person in a placement as described in question 1 in the past 12 months?
