Can you please provide, for the period between 2018 and 2023:

1) Parking fines handed out by Moray Council in each year broken down by car park, date, location and all additional information

2) Number of parking fines handed out by Moray Council which were paid in each year

3) Number of parking fines referred to the procurator fiscal in each year

4) Number of parking fines no longer being actively pursued

5) Numbers of 1, 2, 3 and 4 which refer to elected members or senior members of the Council (Heads of Service and above) in each year
