It is stated that Moray Council bought the land, with the support of Scottish Government Funding.
Question 1.  What was the value of the Scottish Government funding?
Question 2.  How much money did Moray Council contribute to the purchase of the land?

It is also noted that the purchase was subject to a 1 year buy back agreement.
Question 3.  Has there been any contractual agreement between Moray Council and Springfield Properties?
Question 4. Is the 1 year buy back agreement still applicable?
