1. Please can you provide the number of complaints the council has had regarding:

i)   damp
ii)  mould
iii) housing disrepair

between 1 November 2021 to 1 November 2023?

2. How much has the council paid out on repairs as a result of each of the issues listed above?

1. i) Damp: 267 - (November 2021 - October 2023)

ii) As above

iii) Not held under this category. Clarification would be required on what is deemed as disrepair. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

2. £67,384.08 in total to 30 September 2023 (we are only able to establish figures to September 2023 at present)
