FOI Request - COSLA Conference Expenses

The 2023 COSLA Conference took place at Crieff Hydro in September 2023.

(1) Which officers and councillors attended.  

(2) What were the expense claims of each (please provide separate details and each expense claim itemised detail)

(3) What was paid for them in advance (i.e. not claimed, but paid for by Moray Council before they went to the conference i.e things like hotels, hire cars, dinner, conference expenses).

Response 14-12-2023

(1) The Chief Executive along with three councillors attended on behalf of Moray Council

(2) None of those attendees have claimed any expenses via payroll for this conference

(3) Full residential conference delegate fee for each individual was £570 including vat. and hotel accommodation was arranged and paid for on their behalf for Wednesday  27th September at £76.99 each.
