Not held. Moray Council do not directly manage any allotment sites in Moray. One site at Pinefield is leased to Elgin Allotments Association, who manage the waiting list for this site and would need to be contacted directly. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
