1.  Please provide me with a copy of any contingency plans you have in place, should there need to be a closure of a school or part of a school should Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete be found within the school estate.

1. In any situation necessitating the partial or full closure of the school, the first plan we go to is the individual school business continuity plan which is updated annually and provides details of any potential local buildings which can be used. Should the plan not provide the necessary accommodation required for any disruption, a local incident management team is initiated to undertake an options analysis based on buildings in the learning estate portfolio as well as other Council assets.
