In terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all business (non-residential) property rates data for your local authority, including the following fields (where possible):

- Rateable Value

- Assessment Description
- Empty (Y/N)
- Empty Start Date
- Small Business Bonus Scheme (Y/N)
- Small Business Bonus Scheme Start Date
- Mandatory Relief (Y/N)
- Discretionary Relief (Y/N)
- Fresh Start Relief
- New Property Relief
- Improved Property Relief
- Other Reliefs
- Net Rates Payable

I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.

Moray Council publishes on its website quarterly reports on Non Domestic Rates properties. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. For ease of reference please find a link to the web page here:
