1.  The number of short-term let applications received by the council as of 1 October 2023.

2.  The number of short-term let licenses granted by the council as of 1 October 2023.

3.  The number of short-term let applications denied by the council as of 1 October 2023.

1. This information is exempt under section 27 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information will be published on the Council’s website.  

The Council publishes a register of short-term let licences which you can access on the website here: http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_140819.html.  To be helpful, given the register is in the progress of being updated, we can advise you the total number of applications received is 657 as at 1 October 2023.  

Please note, applications are continuing to progress through the licence process; therefore the above total may be subject to change.
