FOI Request - Pupil Equity Funding

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information:
1. a) Does your local authority have pupils that attend more than 1 educational setting during the school year?

b) If so, how many?

2. a) Does your local authority have a policy in place to allocate Pupil Equity Funding between different settings (for pupils who attend more than one educational setting)?

b) If so, please provide a copy of this policy.

1 a) Yes, to access specific courses.

2 a) We have local PEF Guidance developed in partnership with our Attainment Advisor, in line with National Guidance.  We do not have a specific policy in place to allocate Pupil Equity Funding between different settings, where funding is distributed to schools based on pupil locations/schools attended.  PEF funding has been fixed by Scottish Government for the remaining term of government.  In the event of specific circumstances with pupil movement, provision is made so funding moves with any pupil concerned to ensure continuity of any support and interventions.
