FOI Request - Banned Books in Schools

I would like to see a list of all books banned at Moray Council schools.

For each banned book, I would like to see whether they are banned at a particular school(s), or all Moray Council Schools.

For each banned book, I would like to see the reason given for the book being banned.

And finally, for each banned book, I would like to know who made the decision to ban the book, and what consultation was involved in the decision.

Information not held. Following the response received from the majority of the schools in Moray coming back as “None – no books banned”, given that all schools tend to have the same books, this is likely the response for all schools. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
