EIR Request - Fly-Tipping
Please provide the following information for each of the last three complete financial or calendar years (whichever is easiest) and the current year to date:
1. Please list a) all recorded incident of fly-tipping in Moray, b) the location and c) dates it was reported and removed, e) a description of what items were dumped and f) the cost incurred by the council to clear up as well as g) how much was billed to other parties such as land owners for the clear up.
2. Please also include details of whether or not the person(s) responsible were a) identified and traced and b) what action was taken in relation to each incident.
