Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act I am requesting the following information from your organisation.

1. The number of recorded physical and verbal assaults on staff of your council in each of the last 5 years?

2. The number of cases that have resulted in a court conviction following a physical or verbal assault on an employee of your council in each of the last 5 years?
