FOI Request - RAAC Inspections on Council Property

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002 (FOISA):

1. The total number of council-owned properties', broken down by the number of residential and non-residential properties'

2. The total number of site inspections carried out on council-owned properties' for Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) since March 24th 2023. Please break this down by the number of inspections carried out on non-residential and residential properties'

Response 17-10-2023

1. As at 2 October 2023 Residential Properties held by Housing Revenue Account - 6382,

As at 2 October 2023 Non Domestic properties classed as operational assets - 160 (this number excludes public toilets)

2. As at 2 October 2023 Residential Properties held by Housing Revenue Account - 0 inspected, desk top review being undertaken to inform any appropriate inspection.

As at 2 October 2023 Non Domestic properties classed as operational assets - 25 inspected since 24 March 2023. Please note a further 3 RAAC specific inspections were undertaken prior to 24 March 2023 and information from an additional 5 inspections for other purposes undertaken prior to 24 March 2023 has been used in assessing our buildings.
