FOI Request - School Playing Fields

In accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:
1. The number of playing fields which were part of the council's school estate in a) 2007, b) 2015, and c) 2023, and 

2. the total area of playing fields in the council's school estate in a) 2007, b) 2015, and c) 2023.

Response 19-10-2023

1. a) & b) Not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. 

c) The Council currently has 261 playing fields, pitches and areas of hardstanding for its Schools.

2. Not held. The Council holds records on the total land a school campus sits, but we do not hold information on the exact area designated as playing field, as such we confirm that Section 17 - information not held - is applicable.
