I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information on current and future contracts for Community Link Workers/Practitioners (CLWs):
1. Which service providers procured by the IJB are currently providing these services?
2. How many Full Time Equivalent (FTE) CLW posts has each service provider been granted?
3. When were these contracts granted; and when they will run until?
4. From which source(s) does funding for CLWs come from e.g. Primary Care Improvement Fund, Scottish Government discrete spending; and how much funding comes from each source?
5. If a new contract for CLWs is currently out to tender, how many FTE CLW posts is this for; and when will this new contract commence?
6. If no new contract for CLWs is currently out to tender, when will a new tender be issued?

1.-6. Not held. The Moray Council does not employ any community link workers. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
