I would like to know 

1. how many Moray Council staff have been working fully remotely (i.e. no requirement to attend a Moray Council office building to undertake their role) since 01/01/2023 and 

2. what pay grades those members of staff are on.

3. How many of the remote workers are working from outside the Moray Council area.

1. -3. Not held. We do not have this information on file. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. However, we do generally have a hybrid approach for many of our traditionally office based staff.
