I am contacting you to inquire about the cemetery booking system that your local authority uses. I am particularly interested in learning about the following:
1. What is the name of the cemetery booking system that you use? BACAS?
2. What are the benefits of the system you use?
3. What are the drawbacks, if any, that you have experienced?
4. Have you ever considered using another system and if so which one?

1. Booking system at the moment is manually written into a diary.
2. Gower used for recording records digitally and extremely helpful when searching lairs.
3. None.
4. Other systems may be considered as part of ongoing reviews of our operating arrnagements. No alternative system has currently been considered or chosen and if this was to be explored the Council would follow its procurement procedures for this.
