FOI Request - Claims for Road Defects

1. The total number and value of claims made against the council by pedestrians injured as a result of road/pavement defects (e.g. loose paving stones, overgrown plants, bollards, street clutter and other trip hazards) in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

2. The total number and value of claims made against the council by drivers for injury or vehicle damage as a result of road defects (e.g. potholes) in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

3. The names of any roads within the council area where multiple (more than one) injuries took place that resulted in claims against the council in the last three years. Please also provide the number and value of claims on each road.
