1. Can you please tell me how much money your council received in council tax, non domestic rates or other forms of taxation in 2022/23 from wind turbines/farms on private land.

1. In regard to Wind Farms and Wind Turbines, Moray Council has collected £5,476,227.45 in Non Domestic Rates income so far during the 2022/23 financial year. This figure was obtained from interrogating a report dated 01/08/23.

There would be no Council Tax income.
