FOI Request - Confirmation regarding Moray Council

I require answers to the following questions in full with an explanation of the position on each.

1. Your registered company name, number and address.

2. Confirmation in the form of an affidavit that this department of ‘government’ does not work as a for-profit organisation and that Moray Council does not hold a D-U-N-S number.

3. Confirmation that your organisation/company complies with the companies act 2006.

4. Confirmation that your organisation/company complies with the terrorism act 2000.

5. Confirmation that your organisation/company complies with the misrepresentations act 1967.

1. The Moray Council is a public body incorporated under the Local Government etc (Scotland) Act 1994 with principal office at High Street Elgin.
The remaining questions do not apply to such a body, therefore they are not applicable.
