FOI Request - Payment for Use of Harbours

I was wondering if you could tell me if Outside Moray and Glenmore lodge ( both private company’s ) pay anything to use Moray councils harbours in particular Hopeman .

These firms should have public liability insurance but I wonder if they have £5 million insurance which the council stipulates that owners of boats using council harbours must have

Currently, usage of harbour facilities is monitored by Harbour staff to ensure all harbour users are adhering to safe working practices and policy.

All companies that use harbours under the control of Moray Council must comply with all relevant safety protocols including providing risk assessments and liability insurance to be scrutinised by Harbourmaster and deemed satisfactory.

Payment of fees for harbour usage by emerging commercial entities is currently being reviewed and options being discussed.
