Please include the following information for the 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23 financial years:

1.  The number of roads within the council’s remit which have been closed permanently for through traffic

2.  A list of the roads which have been closed permanently for through traffic

3.  If possible, for each road closure please provide a reason for the closure
