FOI Request - Social Care Data

I am looking for the numeric data of number of staff of previous year such as 1. how many staff left the job, in which sector they were working in social care (like adult care, child care etc), month of leaving, and unfilled post in social care (including adult care and social workers) and also 2. the current budget for social care (like from where the budget is coming,what is monthly budget or any data regarding budget).

2. Current budget for adults social care for 23/24 at quarter 1 is £58,175,766. This comes from various funding streams. Budget is not set equally over 12 months it varies month to month depending on timing of expenditure.
