FOI Request - Pedestrian Crossings

1. All information on outstanding repair and maintenance issues related to street pedestrian crossings which could reasonably be assumed to be serving a nursery, primary or secondary school in your area (say, within approx. 100 metres of school entrance).

This should include damage to crossing infrastructure, Belisha beacons, electrical faults or delays to re-painting of zig-zag lines.  It would also be appreciated if you could provide the date the fault was first discovered or reported and any estimate of when repair might take place.  If financial consideration played any part in a decision to pause, delay or cancel any repair, please provide detail on reason and anticipated financial saving.
