All information on littering and damage issues in your schools caused by discarded disposable vapes in the last 3 years, i.e. since July 2020.  This should include any report on these items being discarded in playgrounds, school premises and detail on any enforced repairs to school infrastructure, such as waste pipes, as a result.  Any injuries sustained in their collection, plus repair costs involved would also be appreciated, in addition to identifying whether it was a nursery, primary or secondary school involved

Not held. We do not record instances of littering. There are no reports of damage to the school infrastructure or of injuries sustained in removing vapes. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
