We are researching Council papers re flooding in Garmouth.   I have recovered many from the Council website.   However, our research has uncovered details of reports which we have been unable to recover through the Council website.   Under the Freedom of Information legislation we ask if you can provide us with either copies or electronic links to the following papers:
