Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1. Please detail the funding you have provided for children and young people’s speech and language therapy across your council area in coordination with your local health board or health and social care partnership in the last five business years - 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23. List by type of funding, ie core service level agreement(s) with relevant health board/health and social care partnership, attainment challenge, early years, pupil equity fund.
2. Please detail the funding you have committed for children and young people’s speech and language therapy across your council area in coordination with your local health board or health and social care partnership for the current business year – 2023/24. List by type of funding, ie core service level agreement(s) with relevant health board/health and social care partnership, attainment challenge, early years, pupil equity fund.

1.& 2. Information about Speech and Language Therapy funding is not held by the council as this service is funded by the NHS. Please note that we would advise to contact NHS Grampian to obtain this information. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
