I am looking for FOI request for Birchview Respite services, Maisondieu Road, Elgin.

1. The number of nights in the last 24 months that beds in the unit have been occupied by persons whose permanent address is outwith Moray Council's defined area.

2. The number of nights in the last 24 months that beds in the unit have been occupied by persons who are there for a reason other than their disability and respite needs.

3. The number of nights in the last 24 months that beds in the unit have been occupied by persons who would normally be housed in alternative accommodation but none were available
