Dallas Dhu Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) Consultation

A drop in exhibition showcasing design ideas for Dallas Dhu is being hosted at Forres Community Centre on Thursday 29th February 2024 between 2:30pm and 6:30pm.

The recently submitted Planning Application Notice is for a proposed residential development with a maximum of 180 units and addition of approximately 40 bedspaces of student accommodation at Dallas Dhu near Forres.

The design team appointed by the Council are keen to hear the views of those unable to come along to the event including interest in innovative self build and co-housing or local supply chain opportunities.
