1.-7. Not held. The Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015 (MEES Regulations) are applicable in England and Wales.
They are not enforced in Moray which is located in Scotland. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
