1. What is your policy regarding hybrid working for staff?

2. How many of your staff are eligible for hybrid working?

3. How many days have your council spent home working over the last 12 months

4. How many days has your Chief Executive spent home working over the last 12 months?

1. Please see attached Flexible Working Policy here.

2. It is not possible at this stage to provide a definitive number at this stage but would say that in principle all of our employees bar those in specific categories that require to be front facing may be eligible. We are currently determining the detail of this.

Those in areas where it may not be appropriate include the following:-
Teaching and other school based staff; front line Care At Home staff; Roadworkers; Gardeners; Refuse Collectors, Sports coaches; Library staff; Leisure Attendants; Cleaning staff.
