As at 2nd June 2023 when a report was run, there were 45221 Council Tax properties classed as occupied.

The reason we cannot produce a report to show the position as at specific dates is that our software cannot do this, due to the fact the database is continually changing. Also we do not produce a report of occupied properties on a daily basis to retrospectively look back at on those specific dates. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
