FOI Request - Carbon Monoxide Alarms

Under FOI I would please like to request the number of homes, owned by the council that are not compliant with carbon monoxide regulations as stated by the Scottish Government as stated at https://www.gov.scot/publications/fire-and-smoke-alarms-in-scottish-homes/.

All of our applicable homes are compliant with carbon monoxide (Co) regulations and our C o alarms are interlinked with smoke alarms.
The regulations also refer to interlinked smoke alarms and to date we have 22 properties not fully compliant due to multiple access issues trying to complete the works.  These properties are progressing to forced entry and will be completed by 30 June 2023.
