FOI Request - Houses Built by Makar Ltd

1.  I would like to know how many houses Makar Ltd, Clachandreggy, West Torbeck, Inverness IV2 6DJ have, since 01/05/13 a) applied for a building warrant and b) not completed the house in the initial 3 year time period of the warrant.

2. I would also like to know how many houses built by Makar, in the same period, have failed the initial completion certificate inspection.
