1.  How many retailers have been found to be selling vape and vape-related products to underage customers through Trading Standards investigations, test purchase exercises, and raids?

a.  I would like this information broken down by year, including 2021, 2022 and 2023 to date.
b.  Could you please also breakdown the figures by actions taken against the retailers.

2.  If the information is held by the council, I would also like to request a breakdown of the number of vape and vape-related products that have been confiscated from schoolchildren within the council.

a.  I would also like this information broken down by year, including 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 to date.
b.  If possible, could you breakdown the figures by whether confiscations took place in primary or secondary schools.

2022 - 3 Retailers:
Retailer 1 - two fixed Penalty Notices issued, both paid 

Retailer 2 (same retailer as above) - Fixed Penalty Notice issued but not paid. Report submitted to Procurator Fiscal and not guilty plea accepted 

Retailer 3 - Fixed Penalty Notice issued and paid

2023 - None to date
